Ø Selection and Configuration

Ø Installation and Wiring

When installing, ensure that the motor is firmly fixed to avoid vibration and displacement.

 

Cables and wiring methods that meet explosion-proof requirements shall be adopted, and cable inlet shall be well sealed to prevent combustible substances from entering.

 

Ø Ventilation and Cooling

Provide good ventilation for the motor to ensure that it does not overheat during normal operation. It can be air-cooled or water-cooled.

During the installation process, the wiring is carried out in strict accordance with the explosion-proof standard, and a special air cooling device is installed for the motor. In daily maintenance, the grounding condition and insulation resistance of the motor will be checked every week, and a comprehensive overhaul will be carried out every six months. Through these measures, the safe and stable operation of the motor is ensured.

 

For example, in a chemical workshop, an increased safety type explosion-proof motor is used to drive mixing equipment. In order to strengthen the monitoring, the remote temperature and current monitoring system is installed, and the maintenance personnel can be notified in time once the abnormal is found.
