2.1 The function of the ventilation control system is to reasonably ensure that the positive pressure control explosion-proof cabinet can be ventilated before use, and the next actual operation can be carried out after ventilation is completed. This process is called the delay system, which is a necessary process to ensure the explosion-proof characteristics.
2.2 Pressure monitoring system: Use pressure sensors to monitor the pressure of the positive pressure shell, and analyze and process the pressure data. The pressure sensor can reflect the system pressure and transmit it to the sub-control center of the DCS distributed control system.
2.3 Alarm device: The output control signal is processed by the automatic continuous tracking detection system and the pressure monitoring structure analysis to form an execution system, including the function of automatic power off or alarm display when the positive pressure value in the positive pressure shell is less than 50Pa or the shell is under high pressure.
2.4. Automatic continuous tracking monitoring system: The DCS distributed control system is used to manage, operate, monitor and decentralized pressure collection, monitoring, ventilation, alarm, monitoring and abnormal pressure.
