Explosion-proof control box is an electrical control equipment with explosion-proof performance, mainly used in places with dangerous environments where flammable and explosive gases, vapors, dust, etc. exist, such as the petrochemical, coal mining, power

Its product features include:

1.Shell Material:

It is usually formed by steel plate welding, cast aluminum alloy or 304 stainless steel die-casting, and the surface is subjected to high-voltage electrostatic spray coating. Generally, a composite structure combining explosion-proof shell and increased safety shell is adopted.

2.Internal Components:

In the flameproof explosion-proof shell, explosion-proof buttons, explosion-proof components, explosion-proof signal lights, explosion-proof transfer switches, and explosion-proof instruments can be installed; in the increased safety explosion proof shell, buttons, control switches, instruments, etc. are all explosion-proof components.

3.Versatile functions:

Internal components can be arranged according to user requirements to achieve various functions; electrical wiring diagrams can also be provided when ordering according to changes in user needs.

4.Wiring methods:

Steel pipes or cables, and explosion-proof hoses are all available.

5.Protective performance:

It has good waterproof and dustproof performance, and exposed fasteners are generally made of stainless steel.

6.Shape structure:

It can be divided into vertical type, wall-mounted type, etc., and can also be customized according to the customer's drawing.

The explosion-proof performance of the explosion-proof control box usually complies with the relevant standard regulations, such as GB3836.1-2000 "General Requirements for Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres" in China and JB/T8529-1997 "Technical Conditions for Explosion-proof Control Box", etc. According to different applicable environments, there are two types of explosion-proof products: dI and dIIBT4. Among them, dI is applicable to non-mining working faces in coal mines; dIIBT4 is used in factories and is applicable to explosive gas mixtures in environments of IIA and IIB levels T1 - T4 groups.

In practical applications, the specific performance and parameters of the explosion-proof control box may vary depending on the manufacturer and model. When installing the explosion-proof control box, it is necessary to pay attention to selecting the appropriate installation location, keeping away from flammable and explosive substances and high-temperature areas; ensuring it is firmly fixed on the wall or the ground; performing grounding protection; rational wiring and ensuring a firm and reliable connection, etc. After the installation is completed, a comprehensive inspection and test should also be carried out to ensure its normal operation. In addition, attention should also be paid to regular inspection and cleaning, as well as maintenance to ensure its normal operation and extend its service life.
