Ø Product Features

The explosion proof principle of Pressurized ventilation control box / cabinet is to adopt the explosion proof measures of medium isolation ignition source to achieve the purpose of electrical explosion proof .That is ,all electrical components of the user are installed in a shell filled with Pressurized clean medium, so that the flammable and mixed gas substances in the external environment cannot contact the electrical spark or dangerous temperature generated by the electrical components during normal operation, thus achieving the purpose of electrical explosion protection.

This product can be installed with various ordinary detection instruments, analysis instruments, display instruments, monitors, microcomputer touch screens, high power frequency converters and ordinary electrical components according to the user’s requirements. There is no restriction on the built-in electrical components of the user.

The product adopts the main and auxiliary panel structure. The main panel is a positive pressure chamber, which contains the electrical components required by the user and the pressure detection and sensing system necessary for explosion protection, the ventilation and gas distribution system, and the air pressure regulating system. The auxiliary panel is equipped with the explosion proof automatic ventilation system, the explosion proof power supply automatic switching system, the explosion proof alarm system, the explosion proof pressure display system, and the inlet and outlet of the air source. The auxiliary panel of the self-supply specification product is also equipped with the explosion proof air supply device.

According to the User’s requirements, it can be customized into box, piano and cabinet structures, which can be divided into upper and lower structures and left and right structures. The box type is generally made of steel plate welded, the surface is high-pressure electrostatic spray plastic, or the stainless steel plate is welded to form,  the front door is opened for operation, and the rear door is opened for maintenance; The rack of the piano table and cabinet is welded with standard profile, and the surface is sprayed with high pressure sealing treatment. The front door is opened for operation and the rear door is opened for maintenance; The steel plate material is generally cold-rolled steel plate, or stainless steel according to user requirements.

The product is equipped with air exchange chain, before the product is put into operation ,only after the main cavity air exchange, and reach the specified time and air exchange rate, to ensure that the main cavity in addition to flammable and explosive gas, auxiliary cavity can be electric, and began to test the main cavity air pressure, to ensure that the product is put into operation, electrical components have been effectively isolated by clean medium.

Only when the air pressure of the main cavity meets the specified air pressure requirements, the automatic power switching system in the auxiliary cavity will transmit power to the main cavity.

The working pressure of the main cavity is 150Pa≤P<400Pa; When the air pressure is higher than 300Pa, the automatic control system will automatically close the intake or open the exhaust valve, and automatically adjust the internal air pressure to ensure that the product is not deformed and damaged by the impact of high pressure. When the air pressure is lower than 150Pa, the automatic control system will alarm automatically ( sound and light), and open the air intake, automatically adjust the internal air supply, when the air supply is successful, the automatic return to normal, if not successful and the internal pressure drops to 70Pa, the system can be set up automatically power off if necessary.

Auxiliary cavity automatic control series for uninterrupted continuous monitoring, and display the main disk cavity pressure parameters.

Products of the same model can be operated in parallel.

The Pressurized ventilation type is continuous air supply. The working heat of the electrical components in the positive pressure chamber can be taken away at any time, with good heat dissipation function. The interior can be equipped with detection instruments, analysis instruments, display instruments, low-voltage electrical appliances, frequency converters, soft starters, lower-voltage electrical appliances, frequency converters, soft starters, computers, etc. the whole product can be used as equipment starting, control , central signal processing and control system.

When users provided gas source ,clean or inert gas source must be provided. Generally, the instrument gas source on the user’s site can be meet the requirements. The air supply is 0.2-0.8 Mpa or 0.2-0.5 Mpa ( Determined according to the volume of the main chamber)

The product is suitable for AC three phase four wire 380/220 system and all weak current system, not suitable for high voltage system.

A Pressurized explosion proof cabinet designed for Zone 2. Compared with PZ series,it omits the safety gap of checking air change time and only marks the time of air change. It is carried out by the user according to the requirements before the main cavity is powered on: In addition, when the internal pressure is lower than 150Pa, the automatic control system automatically alarm ( Sound and Light ) and open air intake ,automatically alarm ( sound and light) and open the air intake, automatically adjust the internal air fill, and when the air fill is successful, When the automatic recovery is not successful and the internal pressure drips to 70Pa, the system will not automatically power off and continue to alarm.
