The technical requirements for the exhaust control components of the explosion-proof positive pressure box usually include the following aspects:
  1. Pressure response accuracy: The exhaust control components need to be able to accurately respond to the pressure changes inside the box. For the set opening pressure and closing pressure, the response error of the control components should be controlled within a small range to ensure that the pressure inside the box is stable within the safe working range (such as 50 - 1000Pa).

2. Rapid response capability: When the pressure inside the box reaches or exceeds the set pressure threshold, the exhaust control components should be able to quickly open for exhaust to rapidly reduce the pressure inside the box and avoid damage to the box and internal equipment due to excessive pressure; after the pressure drops to the set lower limit, it can be closed in time to prevent excessive exhaust.

3. Sealing performance: In the normal working and closed state, the exhaust control components should have good sealing performance to prevent the leakage of protective gas and ensure the positive pressure environment inside the box.

4. Reliability and durability: Since the explosion-proof positive pressure box is usually used in dangerous environments, the exhaust control components need to have high reliability and long service life, be able to work stably for a long time under harsh conditions, and reduce the frequency of failures and maintenance.

5. Explosion-proof performance: The exhaust control components themselves also need to meet the corresponding explosion-proof standards and requirements to prevent them from becoming an ignition source or causing an explosion accident during the working process.

6. Flow control capability: For explosion-proof positive pressure boxes of different specifications and working conditions, the exhaust control components should be able to precisely control the exhaust flow as needed to maintain the stability and balance of the pressure inside the box.

7. Environmental adaptability: It should be able to adapt to various environmental conditions where the explosion-proof positive pressure box may be located, such as temperature, humidity, corrosive gases, etc., and maintain normal working performance.
