Intake control:
1. Electric regulating valve: By the signal sent from the intelligent control system, the opening of the valve is adjusted to control the flow and pressure of the protective gas entering the explosion-proof positive pressure box.
2. Pressure reducing valve: It is used to reduce the input high-pressure protective gas to the pressure range suitable for the operation of the explosion-proof positive pressure box, ensuring the stability and compliance of the intake pressure.
Exhaust control:
1. Pressure relief valve: When the pressure inside the box exceeds the set upper limit pressure value (such as 1000Pa), the pressure relief valve automatically opens to discharge the excess gas and reduce the pressure inside the box to the safe range. When the pressure drops below the set value, the pressure relief valve automatically closes and stops exhausting.
Intelligent control system: Through monitoring devices such as pressure sensors and flow sensors, the pressure inside and outside the box, gas flow and other parameters are monitored in real time. According to the preset program and logic, the electric regulating valve for intake and the pressure relief valve for exhaust are controlled and regulated to maintain the pressure inside the box within the set working range (generally 50 - 1000Pa).
In conclusion, the intake and exhaust of the explosion-proof positive pressure box are precisely controlled and regulated through the collaborative work of sensor monitoring, decision-making of the intelligent control system, and actuating components such as electric regulating valves and pressure relief valves.
